– I have been a Personal Trainer since 2003 and offer a variety of training sessions to suit your fitness needs. I am qualified in Thump boxing (pad work for fitness and fun!), Kettlebells, suspension training, interval training, bodyweight and weight training, BOSU, Stability ball, Pilates, Pilates reformer, Trigger point Pilates (including pelvic floor and menopause workshops) and have bands, sliders and a medicine ball to play with too! Sessions are Face to Face from my home studio or via Zoom.

Pilates Reformer One to one

Equipment based Pilates session using the Reformer to add resistance and leverage to create an extra dimension to the traditional Pilates exercises. This can make the exercises more challenging or assist you in a particular movement, which helps to develop full body strength, flexibility and improve posture, balance and core. Face to Face only at my home studio.

Clubbercise

The workout that is more like a night out! Dance tunes from the 90’s to the NOW. Set in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. What’s not to love. Whoop whoop!

Trigger Point Pilates (TPP)

Perfect way to release and unwind your body and mind. Trigger point Pilates combines traditional Pilates moves with fascia release using prickle balls, foam rollers and small Pilates balls. You can substitute the prickle balls for tennis balls, roll up mats or towels as rollers and use a cushion in place of a small Pilates ball.

Hiit

High intensity Interval training. (20 – 25mins) Short bursts of exercises to get your heart rate up and your body moving. You don’t have to jump about there are plenty of options (remember I have a ceramic hip!) as long as you give it your all on the day I am happy with that!
